See you between March 17th and March 19 2023, in the Grand Palais Éphémère, to attend one of the most beautiful show jumpings in the world: the Saut Hermès. This high-level competition, founded by Hermès, is qualified as CSI 5* by the International Equestrian Federation. By settling in the Grand Palais, on an ephemeral track, the Saut Hermès offers visitors the chance to see the world's elite in show jumping.

Only one inspiration, chocolate
Between trips and tastings, Jean-Paul Hevin is always looking for new "Grands Crus" of cocoa. 
Every 3 months, he selects a cocoa among his favorites which inspires him to make 3 creations : a chocolate bar, a macaron and a chocolate candy.
